More than 20 years direct and interactive marketing experience, including development of computer-based training, interactive diagnostic tools, online and multimedia communications. Deep understanding of networking technology and protocols for LAN, WAN and internet networking; first-hand experience with inbound and outbound call centers, including CTI (computer telephony integration), multimedia response centers, call pathing and center staffing.

Client experience includes: AT&T, Boston Technology, AllEnergy, Belgacom, Ameritech, Pfizer and BellSouth; P&L management experience includes Grand Circle Travel, WearGuard and KingSize.
