Fifth Third Bank
Fifth Third Bank needed to increase staff knowledge of their rewards program to increase card penetration and to capture more cross-sell opportunities. EMI rebranded the program, developed an internal communications program including a training Playbook and sales tools, and created an online, interactive training game designed to increase field engagement and build competence and confidence.
The Results
As a result of the training, 85% of the retail team was certified on the rewards program in under 8 weeks.
