The Chamber sought to redesign their dated website, and better support their goals of membership growth and community awareness of their value. EMI’s assessment revealed that more than half of total page views came from only 3 pages of the 180-page site. Difficult navigation and dense content were discouraging use, and branding needed to work harder to communicate clearly. To attract new site traffic and ensure the organization’s compelling messages were immediately understood, EMI re-designed the brand and the site, architecting both around the Chamber’s core values. The streamlined, contemporary site invites exploration, and is fully integrated with social media to support member engagement and value.
